Our goal is to match the right family with the right dog. Please fill out the application online and send it back to be pre-approved for your forever friend. If the dog you choose is already adopted we will try to match you with another dog that would be perfect for you!
Foster homes help our dogs become family oriented. For some of our dogs this is their first time in a real home that cares for them and loves them. We try to foster most of our dogs so they can be ready to go to a new home and feel safe there.
Volunteers are always needed and we welcome anyone who would sincerely like to help. There are transport volunteers, dog walkers, meet and greet people. We can always use your help and would gladly listen to any ideas you may have to help us grow!
Frank St. Germain was born on Feb. 8, 1962 and went to be with the Lord and the animals, whom have gone before him on May 26, 2010. Frank was the co-founder of Safe Haven Animal RescuE of Fl. Inc. He was an advocate for animal rights and was helping hand to all rescues in Manatee County. He will be missed by all who knew him, and all the animals he helped to find forever homes and safe havens.

• Educate the community on spaying/neutering animals and appropriate Humane medical care.
• Speak for all dogs with love, compassion and justice.
• Foster good working relationships with other ethical rescue groups to save more lives.
