Frank St. Germain was born on Feb. 8, 1962 and went to be with the Lord and the animals, whom have gone before him on May 26, 2010. Frank was the co-founder of Safe Haven Animal RescuE of Fl. Inc. He was an advocate for animal rights and was helping hand to all rescues in Manatee County. He will be missed by all who knew him, and all the animals he helped to find forever homes and safe havens.

Our Mission:
• Rescue, provide care and find forever homes for unwanted, homeless or abused dogs.
• Educate the community on spaying/neutering animals and appropriate Humane medical care.
• Speak for all dogs with love, compassion and justice.
• Foster good working relationships with other ethical rescue groups to save more lives. -
