Assume all responsibility for the care and well being for the animal that I am fostering through Safe Haven.
Utalize approved veterinarians of Safe Haven and notify a representative when medical attention is needed.
Will not release your foster dog to another person without permission from a representative of Safe Haven.
Use extreme caution and care in acclimating the dog into it's foster home and inhabitants and to hold Safe Haven and it's representatives free and harmless from any loss, damages,injury, or death to person, animal, of living property by the dog while in foster care.
I am fully aware that there is not any insurance coverage for foster homes and their families. I will hold Safe Haven and it's representatives free and harmless from any loss, damages, injury or death to a person, animal or living property caused by the dog, while in my foster care.
